Roasted Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

- 3 cups raw pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup almond oil
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. ground white pepper
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- In a medium-size bowl, mix together the pumpkin seeds, oil, garlic powder, and white pepper until the pumpkin seeds are evenly coated.
- Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 10–15 minutes until toasted.
