  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso
  • 2 tablespoons coconut whipped topping


  • In blender, combine ice cubes, almond milk, almond butter and espresso. Blend until smooth.
  • Divide into two glasses; top with coconut whipped topping.
