Scout’s trout is a delicious pairing of rainbow lake trout, herbaceous dill and cold-pressed sunflower oil with a bit of salt. Our trout is responsibly farm-raised and harvested in Twin Falls, Idaho and hand packed. Each serving contains 16 grams of protein. Scout participates in 1% for the Planet, and is a Certified B Corp.
