The icon of Greek olives, our Kalamata are smoky and fruity with notes of red wine. Great with Feta and renowned for their quality and taste, Kalamata are the real deal; picked in western Greece and cured for up to six months to draw out the fruit’s sweetness and depth of flavor.
- During the harvest, growers will return to an olive tree several times over a period of weeks to ensure that each olive is picked at its ideal size. It's this care and attention that deliver a superior best-inclass olive year after year.
