Great source of a natural protein, ideal for vegetarians & vegans.* We only sell the most recent crop that is stored in a weather controlled facility so that you can get maximum freshness. Natural Product Cooking: Sort the lentils and rinse in water thoroughly. Soak in water as desired. When ready to cook, placed the soaked lentils in a pot in fresh water, and bring water to boil, cook based on the recipe you choose. Note: Packaging may vary for 10 lbs packing.
