His culinary journey spans various Milwaukee restaurants, local recognition, and appearances on popular cooking TV shows like Hell’s Kitchen, Super Chef Grudge Match and Beat Bobby Flay. Specializing in high-end Italian cuisine with French influences, Adam gained diverse techniques and inspirations from working in different cities and traveling extensively. After holding every position in the restaurant industry, Adam now owns multiple locations of the popular fast-casual pasta bar, Egg & Flour.

Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to sourcing locally, embracing sustainability, and championing diverse and small businesses. Her passion extends beyond her culinary endeavors as an ardent activist for the LGBTQ+ community. She is a board member for Out Families and cohosts the Milwaukee Chapter of Let’s Talk Womxn, uplifting women in the food industry. Dana’s dedication to her craft, community and family makes her a leader both in and out of the kitchen.
