Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard^®

⁴Offer applies to new cardmembers only. For a limited time only. Subject to credit approval. Must submit application, be approved for the Kroger Family of Companies Rewards World Elite Mastercard® and spend $500 in net purchases within 90 days of Account opening to automatically earn the $100 cash back. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. The $100 cash back will be applied as a statement credit on your Account. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the promotion period for your $100 statement credit to be credited to your Account. Your Account must be open and in good standing to receive this bonus. Upon approval, please refer to your Cardmember Agreement for additional information.

⁵Subject to credit approval. Cash Back rewards are earned on eligible net purchases. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are eligible for Cash Back rewards such as Advances, Balance Transfers, and Convenience Checks. You may not redeem rewards, and you will immediately lose all of your rewards, if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). Rewards expire after 36 months. Rewards are only available for redemption if your Account is open and in good standing. Earn 3% cash back up to $6,000 per calendar year for all transactions a merchant classifies as Restaurants, Bars, Fast-Food, and Fuel Stations, including Kroger Fuel Centers. U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business or transactions and reserves the right to determine which purchases will qualify. Earn 5% cash back on mobile wallet transactions (excluding Kroger Pay) up to $3,000 per calendar year. After your annual spend is met, you will receive 1% cash back on eligible dining, fuel and mobile wallet purchases through the remainder of the calendar year. "Mobile wallet" is defined as the method of paying for a transaction by use of a mobile device (in a store, in-app or online) and includes Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, Google Pay™, Garmin Pay™ and LG Pay®. If the transaction is an eligible mobile wallet transaction and an eligible cash back rewards category transaction, additional cash back rewards will only be awarded for the mobile wallet transaction types. Once you earn a minimum of $10 in Rewards you can redeem your cash back via a statement credit or Real-Time Rewards. Earn a minimum of $25 in Rewards to redeem for a Kroger Family of Companies Gift Cards. Upon approval, see your Cardmember Agreement for details.

The APR may vary, the variable APR for purchases and Balance Transfers is 18.99%-29.99% (based on your creditworthiness). The variable APR for Cash Advances is 29.99%. Cash Advance fee: 5% of each advance amount, $10 minimum. Convenience Check fee: 4% of each check amount, $10 minimum. Cash Equivalent fee: 5% of each cash amount, $10 minimum. Balance Transfer fee: 4% of each transfer amount, $10 minimum. There is a $1 minimum interest charge where interest is due. The annual fee is $0. Foreign Transaction fee: $0.

Family of Stores Fuel Centers each time you redeem at least 100 existing and unexpired points. You will earn points on eligible net purchases (eligible purchases [exclusive of taxes] minus returns and credits). When you use your Kroger Rewards Debit Card to make an eligible purchase, you will earn one (1) point for each one dollar ($1) of eligible net purchases you make as a Kroger Rewards Program participant and an additional point five (0.5) points for each one dollar ($1) of eligible net purchases because you used your Kroger Rewards Debit Card to make the purchase. Points may take up to 48 hours after your purchase to be credited to your account. Points earned in any month will expire at the end of the next month and do not accumulate across months. Points are not redeemable for discounted fuel purchases where prohibited by law, including Louisiana and Missouri.
