Make it Special with Blooms

Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to twirl into the blooming world of spring dance florals. With some help from our Floral Department, you’ll be waltzing through the night in style with these fabulous spring blooms.

Boutonniere

You can easily create your own boutonniere using flowers and accent greenery from our Floral Department. Simply choose a beautiful flower and two greenery accent pieces. Trim the stems to approximately 2–3 inches and arrange them to your liking. Finally, wrap floral tape around the stems to secure everything together.

Bouquet

Looking to bring a bit of springtime inside? You can find beautiful premade bouquets in our Floral Department all year long. Additionally, you can select your favorite arrangement and order it in advance on our website.

Corsage

When choosing flowers and ribbons for corsages, aim to select complementary colors that match the attendee’s outfit. If you are unsure, white roses or lilies with green floral accents are almost always a safe choice.

Looking to capture precious memories before proms, spring dances or even special moments like mom proms and family dances? We’re here to help! Here are five tips for taking amazing photos that you’ll cherish for years to come.

1. Turn on your camera’s grid lines and use the rule of thirds. The rule of thirds divides the frame into a 3x3 grid and aims to position the main subject along the grid lines or intersections to create a more visually appealing picture.
2. Forget the zoom. Using the zoom feature on smartphone cameras often reduces the image resolution. Instead, try moving closer to your subject, if possible.
3. Check the lighting. Use natural light whenever possible and skip the flash.
4. Consider using the HDR feature. Most smartphone cameras now come with a High Dynamic Range (HDR) feature, which enhances details in both highlights and shadows for a more balanced photo. You can usually turn this feature on and off in the settings.
5. Learn what your camera can do. If you have 30 minutes, research your specific phone camera’s capabilities in advance to familiarize yourself with its features and manual settings.
