Layered Hummus Dip

Up the Mediterranean flair with this breezy layered snack.
Ingredients:
- Hummus
- Plain greek yogurt
- Diced tomato
- Diced red onion
- Diced cucumber
- Feta crumbles
- Pitted, chopped kalamata olives
- Chopped, fresh parsley
- Olive oil
- Pine nuts
- Pita chips
How-To:
- Spread your favorite variety of ready-made hummus on a serving platter.
- Top with plain greek yogurt.
- In a small bowl, combine tomato, red onion and cucumber. Evenly spread mixture overtop yogurt.
- Then, add feta and olives.
- Finish with a sprinkle of parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Finally, add some pine nuts for extra crunch.
- Serve with pita chips and refrigerate any leftovers.
