| 2 | (7 inch each) pre-baked Italian pizza crusts | |
| 1/2 | cup | roasted garlic and chive hummus |
| 1/2 | cup | cucumber, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | plum tomatoes, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | feta cheese, crumbled |
On each pizza crust, layer half each of the hummus, cucumber, tomatoes and feta. Refrigerate before serving or serve at once. Cut each pizza into quarters.
