Cheese Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients

shredded Swiss cheese

Romano or Parmesan cheese

(3 oz.) cream cheese, softened

dry bread crumbs

Italian seasoning

pepper

chicken drumsticks (about 2 pounds)

| 1 |
Tablespoon |
margarine or butter, melted
|
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease rack of broiler pan. Mix cheeses, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Beginning at wide end of drumstick, carefully separate skin from chicken, leaving skin attached at narrow end of bone. Fill opening with about 1 Tablespoon cheese mixture. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan. Brush with margarine.
Bake uncovered about 50 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
