Miss Sydney's Pork Tenderloin

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin, cut into 8 medallions
Miss Sydney's Original recipe marinade
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

Marinate pork tenderloin for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350°F. Add oil to pan over high heat. Sear the pork tenderloin in a hot pan on both sides and finish in the oven for about 10 minutes.
