Summer Pizza

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

2 (7 inch each) pre-baked Italian pizza crusts
1/2 cup roasted garlic and chive hummus
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:

On each pizza crust, layer half each of the hummus, cucumber, tomatoes and feta. Refrigerate before serving or serve at once. Cut each pizza into quarters.
