Mediterranean Rice Salad

| 11/2 | cups | Uncle Ben's Converted Brand Rice |
| 2 | teaspoons | dried basil |
| 1/2 | cup | red wine vinaigrette, divided |
| 1 | can | (6 oz.) solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked |
| 1 | cup | chopped green bell pepper |
| 1 | cup | chopped tomato |
| 1/2 | cup | diced red onion |
| 1/2 | cup | (about 18 to 20) Kalamata or pitted black olives |
1. Prepare rice according to package directions. Stir basil and about 1/3 cup of vinaigrette into cooked rice.
2. Meanwhile, combine tuna, bell pepper, tomato and red onion in large salad bowl.
3. Add rice mixture to tuna and vegetables in salad bowl. Stir in remaining vinaigrette and olives.
