Cape Cod Corn Bread Cranberry Stuffing

Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients

2 cups corn bread stuffing cubes
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 cup Ocean Spray frozen cranberries
1/2 cup diced onions
1/3 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons thyme
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:

In a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish, combine stuffing cubes, sausage, cranberries, onion, pecans and thyme. Add chicken broth; mix well. Add more chicken broth for a moister stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
