Blue Cheese Log

Yield: 16-20 servings

Ingredients

6 oz. blue cheese (room temperature) (1 1/2 cups)
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
1/2 cup ground toasted walnuts
2 pears, sliced
toasted baguette slices

Directions:

Stir together blue cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in chopped walnuts.

Cover and chill about 1 hour or till easy to handle. Divide mixture in half; shape each half into a 6x1 1/2-inch diameter log.

Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours or till firm.

Place ground walnuts on a sheet of waxed paper. Roll log in walnuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill up to 24 hours.

Serve with sliced pears and baguette slices.
